Artist Bio: Born in Brooklyn, Joe Minuto spent most of his life on Long Island and currently resides in Mastic, NY. Until his high school graduation in 1995 his focus was on art, and he continued on to the fine arts program at the Columbus College of Design in Ohio. He later received an associate degree from Suffolk County Community College in NY. Early on in his art creation there were traditional starting points and mediums that Joe tended to be drawn to. As of late, he has been fascinated by experimenting with different types of materials. "Good Grief" in Philadelphia is his first solo exhibition.
